Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. The doors open with a code, so you can choose your arrival time freely. You do not need to inform us of your arrival time. More detailed information can be found in the booking confirmation email.

Check-out is at 12:00 at the latest.

Paid parking times:

  • Beach area from May 1 to August 31:: E–P (k.a rahvus- ja riigipühad) kl 8–18
  • €3 / 1 hour ; €15 / 24 hours
  • free first 30 minutes
  • ticket valid in the Old Town and city center during the same period
  • for mobile parking, area code: PRAND, PRAND30

Parking ticket

  • PYou can buy a parking ticket from parking meters, at the R-kiosk at the bus station (Pikk 13), at the Pärnu City Government (Suur-Sepa 16), and at the information desk of the Beach Stadium (Ranna pst 2)
  • Parking fee calculation based on the parking meter ticket is minute-based

Mobile parking

  • Parking fee calculation is minute-based
  • From reaching five hours, the applicable parking fee is the 24-hour parking rate (if parking is continuous)
  • To start parking, send a text message to number 1902
  • Write in the message: car number, space, area code (e.g., 123ABC PRAND30)
  • To use the free parking time, you must add the required number of free minutes for that zone to the end of the text message (e.g., 123ABC PRAND30, etc.).
  • To end parking, call number 1903
  • Mobile parking is only possible with an existing contract with an Estonian mobile operator
  • Parking can also be paid via the parking app pargi.ee. pargi.ee The parking app supports payment with a bank card and can be used even without an existing contract with an Estonian mobile operator
  • If needed, download the app for Apple or Android

Exemption from parking fee
1) a driver with a disability or a driver of a motor vehicle serving a person with a disability or blindness
2) a driver of an alarm or surveillance vehicle as defined in § 84 (6) of the Traffic Act
3) a motorcycle and moped driver
4) Drivers of fully electric category M1 passenger cars until 31.12.2026).
a driver of a motor vehicle, whose registered owner, responsible user, or user is a parent of four or more children up to 19 years old, and whose place of residence is registered as Pärnu in the population register

How to park comfortably and affordably in summer?

  1. Free Parking Area (4–5 min walk): We recommend parking your car in front of the house for the free 30 minutes to conveniently unload your luggage. Afterward, you can move your car a few streets over to the free parking area (for example, on Pardi Street or Aisa Street). Please note: Aisa Street is free only up until Suur-Posti Street, after which it becomes a paid City Centre zone.

  2. City Centre Zone (Marked in YELLOW on the map): Karusselli Street is located right on the edge of this zone. The City Centre area is a great alternative, costing €10 / 24 hours.

    • Mon-Fri 8-18 ; L Sat 8-15 ; Sun: Free.

    • NB! NB! From Saturday at 15:00 until the end of Sunday, parking in the City Centre is FREE – free of charge an excellent option for those arriving for Saturday!

• Karuselli 20 parking is paid 24/7.
• Parking price is €2/h (every started 30 minutes costs €1). Daily price is €8/24h.
• X54 - Karuselli 20 parking is paid from the start (there is no free time).

The apartments are equipped with ventilation systems that include heat recovery and cooling functionality. Each apartment has a device that allows you to adjust the temperature and fan speed to your preference, making it possible to cool the apartment as needed.

No, smoking is not allowed. All apartments are smoke-free!

Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

You certainly don't have to clean. However, upon departure, the client must wash or place used dishes in the dishwasher.

  • Items from the apartment are not allowed to be taken away.
  • The apartment must be used for its intended purpose and kept in order.
  • Any loss or damage to items in the apartment must be immediately reported to the accommodation facility. If items are lost or damaged due to the client's fault, the client is responsible and obliged to compensate for the damage according to the accommodation facility's price list.
  • The accommodation facility is not responsible for faults and emergencies not dependent on it (e.g., technical malfunctions of equipment, disruptions in supplying communal services, etc.).
  • The accommodation facility is not responsible for the loss of the client's personal belongings from the apartment.
  • Upon leaving the apartment, the client must ensure that the door is locked.
  • Do not allow strangers into your apartment.
  • The client has the right to cancel or modify the reservation until 15:00, 5 days before the planned arrival date. After this time, the reservation cannot be changed or canceled, and the client must pay for one night's stay in the apartment.
  • In case of "no-show", the client must pay for one night's stay in the apartment.

Organizing parties in the apartments is not allowed.
