Turn on the TV and find the "go3" app to watch channels.
Apartment 3 and 4
Turn on the TV and switch to "HDMI2". Then, turn on the set-top box and use the second remote to change channels.
Karusselli Street is located in the beach area.
Paid parking times:
- Beach area from September 1 to April 30:Mon-Sat (except national holidays) 8 am - 7 pm
- 1 hour - 1 euro; 24 hours - 5 euros
- free first 60 minutes
- ticket valid in the city center during the same period
- for mobile parking, area code: PRAND, PRAND60
- Beach area from May 1 to August 31:Mon-Sun (including national holidays) 8 am - 7 pm
- 1 hour - 5 euros; 24 hours - 25 euros

Parking ticket
- PYou can buy a parking ticket from parking meters, at the R-kiosk at the bus station (Pikk 13), at the Pärnu City Government (Suur-Sepa 16), and at the information desk of the Beach Stadium (Ranna pst 2)
- Parking fee calculation based on the parking meter ticket is minute-based
Mobile parking
- Parking fee calculation is minute-based
- From reaching five hours, the applicable parking fee is the 24-hour parking rate (if parking is continuous)
- To start parking, send a text message to number 1902
- Write in the message: car number, space, area code (e.g., 123ABC PRAND30)
- To use free parking time, add the designated number of free minutes at the end of the message (e.g., 123ABC PVANALINN60; 123ABC PRAND30, etc.)
- To end parking, call number 1903
- Mobile parking is only possible with an existing contract with an Estonian mobile operator
- Parking can also be paid via the parking app pargi.ee. pargi.ee The parking app supports payment with a bank card and can be used even without an existing contract with an Estonian mobile operator
- If needed, download the app for Apple or Android
Exemption from parking fee
1) a driver with a disability or a driver of a motor vehicle serving a person with a disability or blindness
2) a driver of an alarm or surveillance vehicle as defined in § 84 (6) of the Traffic Act
3) a motorcycle and moped driver
a driver of an M1 category passenger car whose propulsion is solely and permanently electric (in other words, electric cars)
a driver of a motor vehicle, whose registered owner, responsible user, or user is a parent of four or more children up to 19 years old, and whose place of residence is registered as Pärnu in the population register
We recommend parking in front of the house only for unloading items during the summer period (May 1 - August 31) with a free 30-minute grace period. Afterwards, we suggest moving the car to the downtown zone or a nearby street (see map- blue area).
Karusselli Street is located right on the border of the Beach Zone ("Rand" - Green area), and the downtown (Kesklinn) zone is marked in blue on the map.

The apartments are equipped with heat recovery and cooling ventilation, configured to maintain a pleasant temperature during the hot summer months.

You certainly don't have to clean. However, upon departure, the client must wash or place used dishes in the dishwasher.
- Items from the apartment are not allowed to be taken away.
- The apartment must be used for its intended purpose and kept in order.
- Any loss or damage to items in the apartment must be immediately reported to the accommodation facility. If items are lost or damaged due to the client's fault, the client is responsible and obliged to compensate for the damage according to the accommodation facility's price list.
- The accommodation facility is not responsible for faults and emergencies not dependent on it (e.g., technical malfunctions of equipment, disruptions in supplying communal services, etc.).
- The accommodation facility is not responsible for the loss of the client's personal belongings from the apartment.
- Upon leaving the apartment, the client must ensure that the door is locked.
- Do not allow strangers into your apartment.
- The client has the right to cancel or modify the reservation until 15:00, 5 days before the planned arrival date. After this time, the reservation cannot be changed or canceled, and the client must pay for one night's stay in the apartment.
- In case of "no-show", the client must pay for one night's stay in the apartment.
